YOGA & SAILING..... what better way to connect with yourself and the beautiful waters of Biscayne Bay! Enjoy a full day of sailing and playing in the water following a rejuvenating yoga session at Peacock Park in Coconut Grove.

Yoga ~ 10am
Set Sail* ~ High Noon
Return to docks ~ 6ish

Hydrating beverages, nutritious snacks/lunch and an ice filled cooler (for personal beverages) will be provided.

Limited to 6 individuals ~ Groups are 1-6 people

*Sailing instruction or snorkle opportunities for groups can be arranged for additional fee
